RF design engineer — One
Duties: Conduct design, analysis, simulation and characterization of RF circuits applied to mobile communications. Specific tasks will include:
• Transistor level design of high speed analog circuits, such as LNAs, PLLs, voltage references…
• Layout of the circuits
• Product simulation and characterization
• Engineering assistance

EE Master required.
